New to Virgin100mb Fibre
Issue: Videos start buffering or stop altogether
eg. For the last 10 mins I've had a YouTube video stuck at 28 seconds on 360p
YouTube vids usually stop about 5-20 seconds in and sometimes restart when I swap 'Quality'Even though my download speed, upon testing, is 50mb+
This happens 24/7, and I've tried it at all times of the day to be sure it's not a peak time problem
Is this the same issues that lots of others talked about?Any fix or is it just a Virgin server problem?Netflix works fine so this is baffling and worryingThanks

What do speedtests say?
Are you connecting wired or via wifi, if wifi do you have the same problem wired?
Do you get this all day or just in the evenings (on a weekday)
go to 192.168.0.1 and click on check router stats and post them here.

Since joining Virgin I only used Wifi to my PCBut just now I setup Ethernet to PC in order to run the speedtest comparisons, and streamed videos seem to be running smoothly!
Maybe the Wifi was the issue all along?
Speedtest results seems OKWifi:
