Network capacity np19

Hi as NP19 is at capacity I have been told it's subject to review. Please could you let me know the fault number and when the networking team will review the situation. I'm trying to get broadband with you I've already got TV services but you are unable to accept new broadband customers.

Sounds like the area is waiting for network upgrades, which can take several months. VM will not add people to that network segment until they are sure they can offer the speeds they are advertising.

Network upgrades are not faults, so don't show up on the system.
