ok. for a while now, 3 months, I've consistently got below 100mb speed on my 150mb account. When I say below I'm talking 70mb is a good day. Today I'm just getting 20mb. I'm thinking that I should start getting a rebate based on speed I'm actually getting vs what I'm paying for. This is especially galling when I get calls offering an upgrade to 200mb...what for?
