I pay for the SuperFibre 70 service, so why is my download speed is constantly less than 15mbs and my upload speed less then 3mbs? And don't tell me it's 'up to 70mb' because that won't cut it. This is barely better than dial up and certainly not what Virgin Media's glossy adverts suggest it delivers.

As this can have an impact on your connection, I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to adjust these.
