Well, after over 15 years with Virgin Media/Blueyonder/Telewest/Yorkshire Cable I'm looking to cancel all my subscriptions and move to a new reliable provider!
Broadband - 152Mb/s - More like 25Mb/s if I'm lucky. Obviously there's the usage cap etc at peak times. Does that mean I get a reduced cost?. So basically I could reduce my speed package and still have it reduced down to the same speed as a 152Mb/s.
Television - TIVO - More like no TV go. Waiting and waiting and waiting for the menus to load then pressing the wrong button leads to more waiting and waiting and waiting!. Iplayer I can forget that trying to watch in HD is more waiting and waiting and waiting.
Phone - At least this works, but to be honest its not the hardest thing to get right!
While I'm sorting out my alternative supplier, Virgin have moved the review date back to April 2017!!! Wonderful service by Virgin media!!!!
They also like to congratulate me that between January 2017 and January 2017 I'm going to upgrade to VIVID 200. Talk about miss communication and poor customer service!! I think they just like to kick me in the teeth!!
