Re: Lw signal Level

Yep, much too low. Either ring VM up on 150 and get them to send an engineer out for it, or leave the thread for a couple of days and a VM rep will get to the thread and reply to you.

Re: Lw signal Level

Just don't reply to the thread (even to me now!) any more then as VM reply to the oldest posts first, it's a roughly 2 day wait from your last post.

Re: Lw signal Level

Hi eggie99

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I appreciate your query in regards to your power levels.

As Shafreya mentioned the downstream power levels are too low. I did also check on your connection and the upstream power levels are getting high as well. For this I can arrange for an engineer to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please. Once you have replied I can go ahead with the appointment.

Hope to hear from you soon

Sam

Re: Lw signal Level

The signal range is still within spec.

How are you testing? Wired/wirelessly?

Re: Lw signal Level

Too many people signed up to the services maybe?

Christmas overload? (everyone is home and trying to download their games etc, happens every year)

If you are wired up getting those speeds and your power levels are fine there is nothing really the community can elsewise say, will be a wait for VM to confirm.
