Low speed broadband

Hello everybody,

I recently moved and kept Virgin as provider.

I have a 100Mb service, but I can reach only 30Mb.

What can be the problem?

Modem info:
Downstream
Power dBmV between 7 and 9.
SNR between 37 and 39 dB
Upstream 37.8dBmV

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F005179430). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 19th April.
