Lots of buffering watch Twitch.tv

Hello I have problems watching twitch tv, no matter who I watch it buffers a lot, I changed over to a free BT connection I have and I've had no issues, and the virgin media should be the faster connection.

Anyone else been having issue watching twitch tv with buffering every few minutes

ok so watch twitch Via a BT connection and a Virgin media, Virgin media was buffering SO much.

So ran the speed test on thinkbroadband

My Broadband Speed Test

Not the speed I should have I'm no VIVID 152 Optical Fibre not impressed, had nothing but issues since start of the year

Ok so today the speed is better but still not what it should be, no wonder I'm having trouble watching twitch tv and youtube video's

Thanks for posting the hub information, I am sorry you are having problems with speed and buffering. We do have a problem in the area with high traffic and this may well be the cause, sorry if I missed it but please make sure you are using a wired connection to eliminate possible wireless issues compounding it. The reference is F003451999 and we would like to carry out some area work with a review date currently showing 15 NOV 2017. I have updated your account so hopefully if we have your mobile number you will get SMS updates on our progress. Please accept our apologies.

The other thing I notice is the levels received at the hub are out of spec:-

13.5 dBmV        13.3 dBmV        13.1 dBmV        13.3 dBmV        13.1 dBmV        13 dBmV        13 dBmV        13.1 dBmV        13 dBmV        13 dBmV        12.9 dBmV        12.4 dBmV

We like to see them below 10dBmV, I will send you a forum private message to arrange an engineer appointment, if you would like one please reply when you have a moment.
