Loss of speed and connection

Not long had virgin installed and not happy with the service.
We have the newest superhub bit nearly everyday we either have a great loss of speed (150mb down to 2mb) or lose connection altogether on all devices.
A sinple reboot of the hub gets it all working and top speeds again but we need to do this nearly everyday.
Can someone look into this as its so frustrating.
