Loss of signal every night

I switched to the new Hub in January 17 and wish I hadn't. My connection is unreliable and practically non existent at night.
I have called customer service several times and they change the channels but the problem continues.

I am paying for a service I cannot use properly!!

How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better, testing in the morning and again during evening peak to check for contention issues.

If you are getting headline speed all the time whilst wired then you can rule out VM local circuit issues and then troubleshoot the wireless side.

I lost signal again this morning so called up. The hub is showing as live but no data is being communicated. Got an engineer coming
