Everyday i lose broadband at least 3 times a day, sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes hours, i am getting very close to leaving and going back to sky. It may not be as fast but sky never once went off in 8 years. i have complained and virgin said will will send engineer guess what never arrived saying that if fault is resolved the visit gets cancelled. if the fault is there at sometime during the day how is it resolved.
I forgot to mention that virgin now want to charge more for the bad service i am getting too. this if laughable

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. I've just taken a look and everything looks normal from our end. Are you using your wireless or hard-wired connection when you notice the problems?
