Recently moved from W13 which had an oversubscribed UBR so was hopeful sticking with Virgin wouldn't be a mistake. However, since moving my 200mb services I only ever see around 100mb in the early hours. In the evening it goes down to 10-20mb and you can barely do 2 things at once such as stream a video on YouTube and play a game.
Can anyone advise if there are issues in SE12 with over utilization ?

From checking your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004110347 and with a review date of 29th March 2017.
