Having a head ache with my new service. Called activation number and had signal sent but all I am getting is the wifi light on continually and internet light flashing. Left hub for ages but no further forward.
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you had problems with activation. I can see that the hub is locked on at the moment however the downstream power levels are a bit too low and the upstream too high. This would tend to suggest too much line loss and it will be best to let one of our engineers take a look please.
