Have you checked to see if there is an issue in your area? If not have you called to register this issue? As you've not given any meaningful info including if you are using a wifi or cable connection your postcode? what deal your on, what you are actually getting, it was only a "rant" post, and most will therefore thing your not asking for assistance!
