Not been with Virgin long but my speed seems to be around the 1mb down mark a lot. Webpages take a while to load, tried the test and it says my equipment is fine. Im in area 14.

My apologies you are experiencing slow broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.
I've check your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine.
Were the speed tests you completed through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if the speeds differ?
Do you notice these speeds at all times of the day?
