Seeing increasingly poor browsing, download speeds and disconnects during peak time. Whats happening to the network that used to be fine? I think its a case of offering too much speed and not delivering quality to your customers. Surely we can manage the load better during peak times? Come on Virgin sort it out! I just wish I didn't get the multiple disconnects in the evening ☹️

In regards to the disconnections, I am unable to see any issues on the network that would cause this. If you are still experiencing these, can you re-post the BQM graph along with the network log from the router settings please for us to check over?
