Latency increases during peak times WD4

Seeing increasingly poor browsing, download speeds and disconnects during peak time. Whats happening to the network that used to be fine?  I think its a case of offering too much speed and not delivering quality to your customers. Surely we can manage the load better during peak times? Come on Virgin sort it out! I just wish I didn't get the multiple disconnects in the evening ☹️

Thanks for posting back on the community.

 

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing an issue with your broadband service.

 

Looking at your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area. The reference number is F004609350 and has a review date of 7th June. 

 

In regards to the disconnections, I am unable to see any issues on the network that would cause this. If you are still experiencing these, can you re-post the BQM graph along with the network log from the router settings please for us to check over?
