Area reference 20 (VIVID 200 Optical Fibre) £45.74 monthly, for what?

They don't guarentee. They sell 'up to' packages.

Those figures are the average.

Re: LIE!!! Our typical broadband download speeds for November 2016

Lie? those are average speeds not minimum speeds, and you are just quoting speed from a single location..

Have you tried to do anything about your speeds to fix the issue you appear to be having, and are those from a wired or wifi connection?

Re: LIE!!! Our typical broadband download speeds for November 2016

Superhub 3 is part of the problem plus the massive over utilisation in area 20 will make most real time applications (voip and online gaming) pretty much impossible!!. http://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2016/12/intel-working-fix-virgin-media-superhub-3-router-latenc...

Your biggest problem know is VM are refusing to acknowledge this is even happening so your on your own.

Re: LIE!!! Our typical broadband download speeds for November 2016

But come on lets be fair this is pushing the 'upto' selling a little to far dont you think.

I dont want or think i need 200Mbps i have come to just want a connection where my wife can watch iplayer whilst other members of the house can be on the internet at the same time..

None of that equipment is the networking part of the computer - so irrelevant.
