What is the issue here, I have rebooted the hub to try and resolve this.

Thanks for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your connection dropping. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have run some checks on your connection from this side and I can see a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would need to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.
