Keeps dropping to very slow speeds

hi all,

My internet speeds keeps dropping to around 2mbps from 200mbps, and I have logged into the hub and there are a lot of MDD Timeouts which correspond to the drops in speed. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help? Here are the logs

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing speed issues.

 

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004978643). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 19th April.
