KT6 speed levels terrible

Hi,

Eight days into speed being around 2Mb rather than usual 70+. This follows supposed speed upgrade. As ever I think Virgin has over-sold capacity. Every one on the help line gives a different excuse. Anyone else having issues?

every one has the same issues but when you phone they say its ok 

they got one week to get it sorted or i put a stop on money at the bank
