KT22 slow speed

Can somebody take a look at the result of my thinkbroadband result?

I am very unsatisfied with the download speed after 2 pm getting around 40 Mbs or many times around 20Mbs, despite the fact I am on the gamer 200 Mbs package.

Can somebody tell me what the next review date is as the speed siginificantly dropped by 7 pm from 200Mbs to 20Mbs. The graph shows that too many users, overutilized area

I'm also KT22 and have been fighting with VM over the abysmal service since Sep last year. Every evening my speed drops to 5mbps or slower on the not so superfibre 70 service. Last i was told is that its defiantly over subscription/utilisation thats causing this and they have been working to fix this since April 2016. I was told it should be fixed by 21st December but on my last call to them I was told they are still trying to fix it and given a new date in March. Its common practice with VM to just fob customers off with another date once the previous date has expired. So as it stands at the moment talking to anyone at VM is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Still no sign of this getting any better soon and no date for completion to this problem.

You know I do not understand one thing. I pay GBP 70 GBP/month for their service, so I pay GBP 840 a year. As two of us not happy, we pay let us say over GBP 1500 a year If I take into account many other people who is not happy and has not complained yet, immediately it will be definitely over GBP 10 000 year. 

If we all make a decision to go to BT -  it looks this what they want  -  they loose over GBP 10 000 at least.

I am good at maths, but I still cannot come to conclusion how this works for them.  

Somebody needs to help me, please

I have a new IP address since 11/01/07 and the donwload speed came back to the level I expect, however the upload speed does not reah the 20Mbits, so it does not look like it is a gamer package anymore.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've taken a look at your connection and I can see that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004877237 which is due for review on the 1st March. While this is on-going your speeds might be affected, especially during peak time hours.

Thank you for your replay. The speed as I mentioned  looks reasonable now, nobody, neither my son,nor my daughter complained. The upload speed is the only which looks not too stable. Download speed looks fine.
