Please can someone there at Virgin Media tell me what the issue is in KT19 Area 20, constantly slow broadband speeds every evening. Normally 0.5mb to 3.5mb from what is supposed to be 50mb, this has been tested through ThinkBroadband on a wired connection. It's been happening for over a year. I'm told it's 'utilisation issues' over the phone and keep getting random fix dates with no change to the service. I get faster speeds on my mobile.
