The reference number is F004841269 and has a review date of 24th May

I'm in Area 30, 2 codes up there, how do I go by complaining and getting an F code?

If you are suffering from slow speeds during peak times 4pm -11pm but speeds are good at other times then you need to make your own post on these forums then a member of staff will take a look and if you are in an over utilised (Over Sold) area then they will give you a F code.

When you make a post please give us as much detail as possible, include your hub stats and some wired speedtests.

You can have the same area code but live in a different part of the country, your problem may be unrelated to the ones already listed.

Wait for the forum staff to get back to you on your other post (can take up to a week, don't bump it as it takes to the back of the queue), they will be able confirm if it is a over utilisation and give you a reference if so.

Overutilisation in area 20, BH postcodes. Been ongoing since before Jan 2105, so now over 2 years. (current fault number is the 3rd one, first 'closed' then a  new one opened a month later for the same problem,  this was again 'closed' but again, a new one opened 2 months later, so the 'bodges' did not work, prob just along the 'add a couple of extra downstream lines' as a temp 'solution')  

Current 'review' date for current 'fault number' is : The current fault F004807455 has a review date of 12/07/17

Thanks for taking the time to share your code I have added it to the list, now these review dates do seem to be being pushed further and further forward now perhaps it's an effort to slow down the amount of post's on these forums of people asking for updates every 2 or 3 months when review dates arrive, 8 months is a long time to wait before a review though.

Makes sure you ask for some bill credits if you are going to stick with VM otherwise feel free to speak to retentions if you want to leave even if you are in contract as long term faults do allow you to leave without penalty...
