since a couple of weeks I'm experiencing fluctuating speeds. I should get 100 mbps, but 90% of the time it's around 15 - 20 mbps, ping is good though. I spoke to the service center last weekend, they said there where no problems with my equipment, they did some stuff in the background and after 2 hours speed was fine. Sadly a day later the same issue occurs. Resetting router etc. does not help at all.
Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've checked your connection and I'm sorry to report that we're currently working on a fault in your area. The fault ref is: F004218129 and it's due for review on the 5th April. As this is only a few days away, please bump this post after the 5th so we can give you more info.
