Internet speed

I have the fastest speed Virgin offer 150Mbps - do i need anything to go with this? Like a Hub 3.0??? I am having big problems watching streamed films, they are contantly buffering?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble streaming.

 

I've checked your account and the equipment you currently have is more than capable of handling the package you're on. I've also run diagnostics and all your levels are looking great.

 

Are you connecting wired or wirelessly? Do you get the buffering issue on all of your devices or just one?

Thanks for replying.

It is just our tv we are using. Some tv shows work fine but watching a film streamed just buffers every couple if mins

My Tivo box works fine. No programmes buffer. Just streaming.
