My internet speed has slowed to around 60mb, and I am paying for 200. We experienced internet drops frequently for around 2 weeks, and now the internet has slowed. It started at around Christmas time, and the area is St Albans.

I have tested the connection from here for you and I can see a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.
