Internet going very slow and crashing

The last few months my connection has been cutting off a lot. When its not doing this, its running extremely slow. I dont know where to start. Resetting it did nothing. Ive deleted my cache on more than one occasion. Have tried to be patient but have someone returning from overseas next week and need it sorted asap please.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that you're having some troubles with your internet running slow and crashing. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, how are you connecting wired or wireless?

Also, please run a speed test with the Hub running in modem mode connected via ethernet cable to the computer running in safe mode with networking and post the results here for us to see.
