No internet in Solihull since 2pm yesterday. Online status changes the completion time every time i look - it's now 11am today after being 4pm, 6pm, 8pm & 11pm yesterday. Customer service are no help and basically just read what the status page says. I was with Sky for years and never had a single major outage.Still no idea when my broadband will come back - i certainly can't trust the online status checker as that simply changes every time a deadline is reached. Clueless.
