Internet Speeds Fluctuating Wildly

Usually get around 95-100 megs. I'm getting that occasionally now, but it often drops to around 4 megs and just stays there for a while and then rises up again. Same with both wired and wireless. I have taken screenshots from router status using my wired pc. Pictures attached.

Forgot to mention that I have phoned Virgin Media twice. They reset my super hub both times. It was okay for a while, but both times returned to fluctuating.

your downstream SNR is too low on some channels, will need an engineer, will flag for you.

I had this problem since Monday 5th until Friday 9th and then the SH3 just keeps flashing green light, i.e. my VIVID 200 is dead. So unhappy considering it costs £46/mo. I was promised an engineer last week, he was due to visit and check my connection today. I found out today there wasn't any booking made!

On top of this VM customer support wouldn't book an engineer as there was already a fault reported in my area (area 14).

Is this what VM is about now?

I'm so unhappy.

If your fault is an area fault that effecting you, its normally over utilization which cannot be fixed by an engineer visit.

Hello, as I type this, there is a VM team outside changing the cable as my whole road completely lost VM connection.

So yes, everything was running great until Monday 5th when suddenly my SH3 lost connection. It took 4-5 hours for it to reconnect as it was a major outage or something. When it came back on the SH3 kept dropping connection every 20 minutes or so and the SH3 stats were like this...

It ran utterly slow with countless number of disconnections up until 11am Friday 9th.

Since 11am Friday 9th the SH3 cannot even connect. The light is flashing GREEN all the time.
