Intermittent connection after HUB 3.0 upgrade

Hi.

I upgraded my VM broadband with super HUB 3.0 week ago and I started experiencing slow internet connection in peak hours from 6pm to 10 - 10:30 pm. Between mentioned hours I have ~10% packet lost and 300+ average ping. It is impossible to load a yt movie playing online game simultaneously and vice versa. Before upgrade I have't suffer from slow internet speed
