Interest as quick as my grandad getting upstairs

My internet is slow, says I'm getting25mb - 50mb, videos and online gaming jumpy and slow, tried changing channels etc called customer service, I have had enough now and other than changing my router I don't know what to do apart from cancel this OAP service.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

From checking your account, the line and hub have come back as fine. There area no faults reported and the traffic on the network is running stable.

 

Do you notice this at all times of the day?

Does this happen on more than one device?

Have you tried through a wired connection to see if you get the same issue?
