I want to cancel my service as my speed is ridiculously slow
Can someone arrange for my service to be cancelled without additional costs as I have not had a decent service since the first couple of months I have registered speeds as low as 1 Mbps!! And I have had enough of paying a premium rate for a mediocre service at best

I have been on the phone countless times while they do their checks and run the same test over and over expecting a change I am in an oversubscribed area and the review date was 08/02/17 but yet as you can guess there is no change and no doubt there won't be for along time to come Apparently the issue has been known since 2014!! I have literally had enough now of being fobbed off with silly tests and bogus maintenance dates just to delay me cancelling and keep lining their pockets Tbh I feel like withdrawing money out of the bank and throwing it down the toilet as this would be far more beneficial!
