I want to cancel my service as my speed is ridiculously slow

Can someone arrange for my service to be cancelled without additional costs as I have not had a decent service since the first couple of months
I have registered speeds as low as 1 Mbps!!
And I have had enough of paying a premium rate for a mediocre service at best

Do you have a fault number? if not call and get a fault number ( If confirmed Utilization ) then make a formal complaint.

You'd probably have to phone up and talk to someone about that ?

I assume you've tested wired, and had your levels checked etc ?

When on the phone to the call centre, listen out for some key words. "Upgrades, maintenance, etc.". And if they quote a date, you're over utilised, and you'll be waiting forever to get a fix. Smiley Wink

I have been on the phone countless times while they do their checks and run the same test over and over expecting a change
I am in an oversubscribed area and the review date was 08/02/17 but yet as you can guess there is no change and no doubt there won't be for along time to come
Apparently the issue has been known since 2014!!
I have literally had enough now of being fobbed off with silly tests and bogus maintenance dates just to delay me cancelling and keep lining their pockets
Tbh I feel like withdrawing money out of the bank and throwing it down the toilet as this would be far more beneficial!

You can bin Virgin without £ penalty due to you being over utilised. Just quote your F Number to them when you jack. Smiley Wink
