I often get disconnects and slow-downs, are my levels okay?

Quite often my internet will cut out or go very slow. I'm wondering if there is something possibly wrong with the power levels, hopefully you guys can tell.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with both your Upstream and Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to check it out for you.
