You could try a 'wired' connection and post some power levels etc but if i was a betting man i would hazard a guess if its 5Mbps your going to be suffering from 'peak time utilisation'
stand by for your fault reference number and the usual gumpf about planning permission, digging up roads, building new data centers and missions to mars

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know this can be irritating.
I've taken a look at your Hub this afternoon and I'm not seeing anything obvious out of place right now.
As SiKi said, it would be great to see some hard-wired speed test results, if you don't have an Ethernet cable, let me know and I'll send one out to you.
