Hub 3.0

Hi I just had virgin media installed on Thursday when I look for my hub its bottom of my wifi list even my neighbors are above it is this right?

Hi Stu08,

 

It sounds like you may need to fine tune your wireless frequency. You can do this by changing wireless channel to see which works best.

Apparently the issue is the area there is a fault that won't get fixed to 31 January. My services went live on 5th January. Slow speeds since day it came in its now been identified as fault in area that's why it's unusable at night.
