I posted a thread sometime ago,but can not seem to locate.So sorry for posting another.
I live in Bristol,and am suffering with terrible speed issues. I finally got through to someone,and after 27 minutes,I was told there is a known problem in Bristol.A contention related problem.
I have tried again to web chat,(there op's are always busy,regardless of the time & time ),no luck. How can I report this directly to VM by phone or email etc.
Any advice in addressing the terrible service ,would be appreciated .
