Hi my question is stupid how again back normal speed on my vivid 200 because when upgrading to SH3 my fibre total going down now like top speed of day is 30-40 MB but before upgrade normal speed be 100-200 MB... That's my question how remove locked speed bufor from this horrible superhub 3??? Please help.
Thanks for answer but reboot don't work always speed is lower any time on day that thinking Virgin install speed caps on speed on this hub because before upgrade always speed be normal now is big ripoff...
Last time when used sh2ac have probably problem and engineer from VM come to me and said you need reainstal Windows but on Mac be same speed problem and on any tablets and smartphones too... I think is not problem on computer or electronic equipment system it's problem on SH3... But I am not specialist from VM.
I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from slow speeds since getting your Hub 3.0, I understand how frustrating this must be. I'd like to get to the bottom of this for you.
I've run some tests on your hub and it's reporting back good at the moment, the power levels are great and everything else looks normal. Looking at the network segment however there does appear to be an issue during peak times. When do you usually test your connection? There appear to be usage spikes between around 3.30pm and 11.30pm most nights, so if you're testing outside of these hours I'd be keen to know. If things are slower outside of these hours I'd recommend testing a wired connection with the hub in modem mode to make sure there aren't any network issues.
Assuming the issues are during peak times, our engineers are currently planning to undertake some broadband upgrades to support an increased demand for our services in your area. Once this work is completed you'll find that speeds return to normal during peak times. The reference for this ongoing work is F004698017 and the current review date is 25th January.
I've passed your details on to a colleague who'll be able to advise you with regards to credits whilst these issues are ongoing. They'll also be able to update you on the progress of the fault at the next review date. Feel free to bump this thread if you have any further questions.
