I'm going to keep it short and precise, the speeds we are getting in this area are a joke, and we aren't getting even a quarter of what we are paying for. We want something done about this, fast. We have been loyal customers for a very long time, Blueyonder and even before that... yet we feel we are being disrespected via the dire speeds as well as no real help over the phone.
