Horrendous Speeds (West Midlands)

>  This is also on a good day, in fact I'm even surprised that I managed to get nearly 8MB/s Download, considering I have been lingering around the 1-3mb/s mark for quite some time, where has my other 147mb/s gone? 

I'm going to keep it short and precise, the speeds we are getting in this area are a joke, and we aren't getting even a quarter of what we are paying for. We want something done about this, fast. We have been loyal customers for a very long time, Blueyonder and even before that... yet we feel we are being disrespected via the dire speeds as well as no real help over the phone.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004707511). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 3rd May 2017.

 

I've also picked up an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
