Hi, in the last few weeks I've been experiencing high ping and at times much lower download and upload speeds without any reason for throttling, we have tried everything we can think of to try to see if it's an issue on our end but nothing works, this is very frustrating as I usually have around 14-20ms ping but am now getting around 90-120ms ping, for online gaming for games that I play such as Final Fantasy 14 this is a huge issue.
Things we have tried to fix it are resetting both the modem and our router (ASUS RT-N66U) multiple times and even going as far as to do a factory reset on our router in case of a firmware issue.
Times I seem to experience this at its worst is in the evening hours.
It is not the servers of the game's issue as this ping trend is showing up in every test connecting to any website or server.
Here are some ping tests we did at the time of writing this post the first one to Google.com and the second to Final Fantasy 14's server that I play on:

Checked speedtest.net tonight and my internet is even worse, i am paying for 200mbps download speed broadband and tonight i am getting 14mbps download with over 100 ping and my upload speeds are normal at around 12mbps.
This is not acceptable and its really beginning to frustrate me to no end, i keep hoping theres some sort of works going on and thinking maybe it will be fixed tomorrow but no, its not and i cant see and end to this.
Also your "check service status" has been down for a week now and comes up with an error. Get this sorted out.
And again to see so many other posts getting answered by a VM team member and mine to be ignored for a week is really annoying me and i feel like im being ignored.

Really sorry to read about the connection problems you're having. Everything looks normal when I run tests right now, so I think it'll be a good idea for you to set up a BQM so we can examine your connection in more detail.
