Went away for a week turned off my superhub 2ac when I came back i'm now only getting around 25Mb when i'm paying for 200mb and it seems to also have very high jitter .
To reset the Pre and Post RS error counts please use the Downstream screen under the router status screen available from the login page.

Many thanks for letting us know about this and apologies for the connection issue experienced.
I've had a look at the account and both the equipment levels and network segment appear to be performing well.
I would, however, suggest changing your wireless channels to help strengthen this type of connection.
