I got problems with my internet it's...fading fast...helpSmiley Very Happy

If i hear another recorded meassage from virgin when phone i swear i gonna squeal like pig

sort it out will ya Smiley Very Happy

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read you are having issues with your broadband connection. Are you experiencing slow broadband speeds, intermittent connection?

 

From checking the network, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004878316 and has a review date of 31st May.

 

However, I was unable to check your line for any issues as the router is showing as offline and not polling any data. If you can let me know when it is back online, I can check this again for you.
