Help

Having had a new faster speed modem for just over a week, my internet is so slow and keeps going off. I have done all the usual, turn off, unplug, plug back in and still the same. I'm in ls18. I have kids on school holidays and they can't even go on their Xbox 😡

Best ring support as getting a fix here takes a few weeks
