HORRIBLE internet speed for months!!!! At BD49HD area, Area ref 14

Every single afternoon I get close to no internet. 1Mbps down and same up. While I'm paying for 50.. what a scam.

This has been like this for months.

My patience has ended. Solve this issue asap or I'm out.

Welcome to our forum, I am so sorry you were or are experiencing slow speeds. As luck would have it the day after you posted as part of our upgrade work your connection was moved to a new CMTS, fingers crossed you have noticed some improvement.

Also I notice that the hub power levels are out of spec

Upstream:        25.3 dBmV        25.3 dBmV
