Goodbye Finally.

Was signed up to a over utilized area without any warning and I have had to put up with 12 months of paying for 200mb and receiving 20mb, Fault codes come and go and the telephone customer support just feed you lies after lies. Just had a sales rep trying to make me stay with a xxl tv -200mb -phone line for £48 but I wouldn't stay if I received it for free. I can honestly say its been the worst experience and nothing would get me to use virgin media again. Signed up to bt with guaranteed speeds of 50mb (or I can leave for free) and phone line, works out at £12.32 a month with quidco cashback and mastercard reward.

I would like to leave with giving you a a faultcode of your own virgin :IWONTBEBACK.
