Re: Getting less than 1 mb, paying for 150 mb - how can this be acceptable?
What are the options, other than go elsewhere, as it's not really usable in the evenings? In the mornings it's up to 50 mb which is great. The evenings you can't use if for anything except emails and reading text (images seldom load). Dialup would be faster.
Virgin are not interested in helping and have refunded £3.35 for the month, less than 10% of the £46 I'm paying. They have no date for it to be fixed. They are happy to collect the money though.
Yet they continue to advertise and miss-sell the VIVID 150 mb Optical Fibre package in this area.
Where to complain to or get a response as no-one seems to be listening? Ofcom? Watchdog?
