Getting 10Mb instead of 70Mb in M33 area.

My internet speed and quality has been pretty much perfect for the last few years.

Only in the last couple of weeks has it been slow with websites taking many times longer to load than normal.

I did a speed test and got this result:

I'm connected directly to the router and this is the only connected device at this time.

Can anyone shed any light on to why this is? The service status comes up with no issues.

[insert over utilisation issue here]

Anyways, you'll be told to copy and paste your router info from the 192.168.0.1 link which will bring up your admin panel.

DO NOT LOGIN

You should find a link to find router info on the page. Copy and paste the data while removing your WAN IP address. Do not worry about formatting; the mods and some users can read it with ease.

Someone from the mod team should pick this up within a week.

Re: Getting 10Mb instead of 70Mb in M33 area.

Hey lolwut,

Thanks for posting Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've tested this but I can't find to find an explanation for the speed reductions. Do you see any difference if your Hub is connected in Modem Mode? Also, it might help to put your computer into Safe Mode and reset.

Please get back to us with further results,

Thanks again.

Take care.
