After 26 months of suffering from high download utilisation 2 weeks ago I was messaged telling me I should be getting faster download speeds and I was. I thought great I will actually be getting a service what Virginmedia are actually selling me.
Now it seems they got one problem fixed but caused another my download has still been fine but my upload will not go above 15mb to me it looked as though it was being capped at 15mb until I noticed 1 night around 3:45am it went above 15mb for around 10mins then dropped back down again.
My power levels are fine though my download levels seem to be rising slowly but not effecting my download speed.
My downloads and uploads are all done on a cabled connection.

I have asked Jen to look into this for me because I will not be happy if the upload is suffering from utilisation there would be bo point in me paying the extra for the uncapped upload when only getting 15 out of the supposed 20.
Anyone else seeing this loss of upload speed in the Doncaster area?
Been told numerous times the Downstream power levels are fine but I've never been happy with them myself.
I've got a 6db wideband attunater on at the moment which is my own so if Virgin would send an engineer out to have a look it would make me much happier because something is causing an issue with the Upstream.
