Frequent dropouts

I've noticed my internet connection dropping out more frequently on Vivid 200. This is on both wired and wireless, and the dropouts occur for a few seconds. It's especially noticeable (and annoying!) if I'm listening to streaming radio. Sometimes an hour can go by with no dropouts, then it can be really flakey for half an hour.

Looking at the Network Log on the router, the dropouts coincide with messages like

  • SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync
  • RCS Partial Service
  • No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Here's the whole log for the last hour or so:

Hi alexwarren, 

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with frequent drop outs, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see a load of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will need to attend and investigate things further for you.
