Fluctuating connection speed and Ping with new Superhub 3
I've recently been upgraded to the SH3 with my contract being changed to the 200vivid gamer.
However since the change of Superhub, from the SH2 which i had previously to the SH3 which i have now I have noticed that my connection has been quite erratic when previously it would have been stable. This being that it disconnects, drops packets and has a higher ping and more volatile ping then I had on the SH2.
Can you help as this is getting quite irritating,
i've attached what information i can think which would be helpful - on the think broadband chart this time period the internet was only used for browsing websites via phones or desk top browser.
