Fix my Internet Speed

For last few day i don't receive what I pay for!
I understand "peak time" that is what you say for ppl who get little bit less than average  but since when you throttle 95% of internet speed  and i receive 5% of what i pay for even when i use CABEL. Best thing when I called all you could say oh... there is issue on server let me check it and say your removed some "Error" and it should fix it selfe great technical support.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

My apologies that you are having issues with your broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.

 

I've taken a look at your connection, and there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004934386 and has a review date of 8th February 2017.

 

If you complete a speed test through a wired connection, what speeds do you achieve?

Is it just during peak hours you notice a difference in the speeds?
